HOSTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Hostel Accommodation
scholars seeking admission in caravansaries shall apply for a seat on specified form,
available at the provost office. nonetheless, admission in hotel is a honor but
not a right.
ii. Seats shall be distributed by the allotment commission in agreement with rules, subject
to the vacuity of accommodation.
iii. scholars must precisely study and observe the hotel rules handed in the following
runners.
1. hotel officers
Provost
i. The University caravansaries will be under the supervision of Provost.
ii. The appointment, redundancy
, and transfer( from and to the Provost set- up) of hotel
workers shall rest with the Provost subject to the blessing of Vice Chancellor.
iii. The Provost shall convene meetings of the Associate Provost/ Deputy
Provost/ Wardens/ Adjunct Wardens from time to time to bandy matters of
common interest, related to caravansaries affairs and operation.
iv. The Provost shall also convene a meeting of the Wardens if a request for this
purpose is made by a Warden for agitating matters of common interest.
v. The Provost shall be the sanctioning authority for all kinds of account purposes.
vi. The Provost shall keep the Vice Chancellor informed about all matters of significance
about the caravansaries and the University.
vii. The Provost shall have the authority to deal with all matters of discipline related to
evidence, creation, reduction and discipline of the workers of the hotel
with the blessing of Vice Chancellor.
Associate/ Deputy Provost
Associate/ Deputy Provost shall help Provost in the discharge of his duties, and
shall do similar work as may be assigned to him by the Provost.
ii. Associate Deputy Provost shall be responsible to interact and communicate with
Wardens on day to day base, and keep the Provost posted of all ongoing situations
in the University in general and in caravansaries in particular.
iii. The Associate Deputy Provost shall be substantially responsible to nearly work with the
Wardens regarding all affairs of the caravansaries related to hotel admission,
conservation of discipline and dealing with any untoward situations.
iv. The Associate Deputy Provost will automatically assume the responsibility of the
Provost in case of his attainability on the lot due to any reason.
Senior Warden
i. Each hotel shall have elderly Warden, appointed by the Vice Chancellor on the
recommendation of Provost.
ii. elderly Warden shall report to the Provost of significance about the hotel.
iii. elderly Warden shall check the hotel accounts at least formerly in a month.
Warden
i
. The Warden shall directly hold control of the hotel and administer the hotel
affairs. All matters taking blessing, attention or advice of the Provost or of the
University authorities, relating to discipline or change of conditions in the hotel or
to a need or insufficiency, or to evidence, creation, reduction and discipline of
the workers of the hotel shall be initiated by the Warden/ Assistant Warden.
